Tom Cleary started Clear Concepts in 2000. Tom spent his career in manufacturing working in machine shops during college followed by engineering and management roles with aerospace component manufacturers. He eventually became responsible for a successful turnaround as General Manager of aerospace component manufacturer. Tom joined a national search firm in 1993 before moving on to form Clear Concepts. Tom�s fascination with manufacturing started when his father would take him along on business trips. "When I showed up with Dad everyone wanted to show me what they did and how the equipment worked. I just thought it was cool to see how things were made." Today Tom lives in Wilmington, NC with his wife, an artist and three daughters. The oldest an accomplish swimmer attending college and the younger two honing their surfing skills.
